These gorgeous LOs were made by my CT member Alexe. She also has the QPs free on her blog =) You can find this kit HERE for just $3 for full & $2 for tagger size. The kit was inspired by my 8 yr old cousin who passed away 4/10/09 & uses her favorite colors.
